Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy is issued by Ranva Technologies Pvt Ltd, the operator of Weggo.

Effective date: 27 September 2026.

1. You cancel

• Before the store accepts the order: you may cancel in the app. The amount paid online is refunded in full under the Refund Policy.
• After the store accepts, but before preparation or dispatch: you may cancel if the app still shows the cancel option. The amount paid for items not yet prepared is refunded. A delivery fee already incurred may be deducted when a delivery partner has been assigned.
• After the store has started preparing food, or after a parcel is picked up: cancellation may be refused. If we accept a late cancellation, the refund may exclude the price of items already prepared and a delivery fee.

The cancel button is shown only while cancellation is still allowed for that order.

2. The store or Weggo cancels

The store or Weggo may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the store closes, the address is outside the delivery zone, the payment is not confirmed, or the order cannot be completed safely. You receive a full refund of the amount paid for that cancelled order, under the Refund Policy.

3. Parcel bookings

You may cancel a parcel before pickup for a full refund of the fee paid. After pickup, cancellation follows the in-app options. A parcel that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or because the receiver refuses it may not be refunded, and a return fee may apply if a return is arranged.

4. Cash on delivery

If you cancel a cash-on-delivery order before dispatch, no amount is collected. If the order is already out for delivery and you refuse it without a valid reason under the Refund Policy, we may limit cash-on-delivery on your account.

5. Refund timing

Approved online refunds are initiated within 2 business days and are usually credited by the bank or payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days after initiation.
